Dirty Dozen for 2012

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) is a fantastic non-profit organization whose mission is "to use the power of public information to protect public health and the environment."To help us all find safe and healthy food, they publish a Shopper's Guide to Pesticides in Produce, otherwise known as the Dirty Dozen. The guide for 2012 includes 14 foods that the EWG suggests to buy organic because they are frequently contaminated with pesticides, and a “Clean 15” list that are the foods lowest in pesticides.
